At Neonata Belle, we aim to support our customers wherever possible and follow a fair and transparent cancellation and refund process.
Cancellation
- Order cancellations are accepted only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
- Once an order has been processed or handed over for shipping, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Refunds & Replacements
- Neonata Belle does not accept cancellations after dispatch. However, refunds or replacements may be considered if the product received is damaged or defective.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Support team on the same day of delivery.
- All such requests will be reviewed after verification by our team or the merchant. Based on this review, an appropriate resolution will be provided.
Product Condition Issues
- If the product received does not match the description shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Support team within the same day of receiving the product.
- Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for review.
Manufacturer Warranty
For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are advised to directly contact the respective manufacturer for support.
Refund Processing
- Once a refund is approved by Neonata Belle, the amount will be processed within 9–15 working days and credited to the original mode of payment.
