You can request a return within 3 days of delivery if you receive:

• A damaged product
• Missing items
• An incorrect, expired, or empty product
  

Refunds for such cases will be processed only if the product is returned in its original packaging, with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

• Return requests must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• A ₹99 deduction will apply to refunds for non-damaged returns.
• For replacements, a ₹99 re-shipping fee will be charged.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in original condition with intact packaging.
  

Important: Combo products must be returned as a complete set. Individual items from a combo cannot be returned separately.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

• The product shows signs of use or misuse
• Original packaging, seals, or barcodes are missing
• The return request is made after the allowed return period

2. An unboxing video is mandatory for all return, refund, or exchange requests.
The video must clearly show:

• The sealed package before opening
• The product received
• Any visible issue or defect
  

3. Customers must ship the product back to our warehouse at their own cost:

4. Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after the product is received and verified.

• Refunds are initiated within 2-4 business days after verification.
• The refunded amount is usually credited within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
• For COD orders, customers must share bank details. Refunds may take up to 7 days to reflect.
  

• Exchange Fee: ₹99 for pickup and re-shipping
• Refund Deduction: ₹99 for non-damaged returns
• Non-Refundable: Products lost or damaged during return shipping are not eligible for refund or exchange
