• Free Shipping: Neonata Belle offers free shipping on all orders above ₹999. A standard delivery charge of ₹69 applies to orders below this amount.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

• Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our customer support team.
  
• After Dispatch: If the order has already been shipped, cancellation can be done by refusing the delivery at the time of arrival.
  
• Combo Orders: For combo packs, partial cancellations are not allowed. Cancelling one item will require cancelling the entire combo or order.
  

Refund Processing

• Refunds for approved cancellations are processed within 24–48 business hours after the request is confirmed. The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment, as per the bank's timelines.
